Founders
Sri. Biguvu Swamidoss garu and Smt. Lily Swamidoss garu established the first English medium school in Nellore Dist in 1970. This school has since been operating and is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2020.
Services of all members of the family had to be commissioned into the work of the school and for years laboured with a sense of dedication and integrity with no remuneration and no rest.

History of the Institution
Sri. B. Swamidoss English Medium School was started on 01-06-1970 in Nellore. It was raised to an upper primary school as of 12-10-1977. It was upgraded by opening VIII class and became a full-blown high school by 1980-81 and presented its first batch of S.S.C students for the public examination in March 1981 and obtained very high results.
In 1981-82 the School was shifted to Balajinagar in two buildings specially designed and built to suit the needs and requirements of the School. The School has been shaped brilliantly into an efficient instrument of instruction which is magnificently reflected in the achievements obtained by the School.
All the initial teething troubles were sorted out and slowly resolved at great cost. It has taken more than a decade to set the institution in shape and develop the same in size, style, and strength. Today it stands as an institution with a difference in instruction, achievements, discipline, and stands second to none. The academic excellence achieved admits no stroke of fortune, for we believe not in forces of fortune or fate, but in sheer dint of industry coupled with a higher order of integrity and a sense of dedication.
Having reached those rare heights with honest sweat, we beat no retreat nor surrender the same to another school. But keep it up to ourselves as a monopoly or a sacred preserve, taking the entire issue a challenge. One unique point that demands mention here is the total absence of copying in the SSC Public Examination by our students. There is no need because they are well equipped, to face examination and they treat it as a play. This is a master key or proven recipe for the total obliteration of the evil of copying. What one man has done, another man can do.
Celebrating 50 Year Anniversary
Our School is celebrating 50 years of service as the first private convent in the entire district established in the year of1970.
